2. Model Data Handling & Integrations
We configure custom integrations with third-party model providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. We apply the following data guidelines:
- Zero Training Retention: We configure enterprise API endpoints to prevent customer transaction payloads from being stored or used to train third-party models.
- Safe Data Paths: Client database records are filtered and sanitized before sending payloads to LLM APIs, removing confidential customer identifiers where possible.

All system files and repository credentials are encrypted using industry-standard configurations. We limit codebase access strictly to developers assigned to your project milestones.

Clients may request detailed summaries of their stored files or request complete deletion of credentials and backups from our staging servers at any time.
