Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 20, 2026. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, delivery parameters, and ownership terms governing software engineering contracts with AICraftGen.
By hiring us for custom development services, you agree to comply with the terms detailed below.
1. Custom Software Engineering Deliverables
We build software and integration configurations based on a signed project scope statement. Any changes to the scope parameters after start of work may alter delivery timelines and pricing milestones.
2. Code Ownership Transfer
We believe that if you pay for software, you should own it outright. Therefore:
- Full Transfer: We transfer 100% ownership of all custom source code, repository files, design configurations, and documentation assets directly to the client.
- Payment Gate: This transfer goes into effect immediately upon the receipt of the final project milestone payment.
3. Payment Milestones & Invoicing
Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment parameters follow our standard project schedule:
- Milestone 1: 50% deposit due prior to project kickoff.
- Milestone 2: 50% balance due immediately upon completion, deployment to staging, and final customer validation check.
4. Liability Limits
AICraftGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business interruptions or data losses) resulting from third-party API service outages (such as OpenAI API downtime or CRM service drops).
5. Governing Regulations
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating region. Disputes shall be resolved through standard arbitration before any legal proceedings are filed.
